The brief


To create a strong visual identity for the Harper brand, that brings clarity to their vision and to deliver the customer orientated mobile app experience.


The design needed to support Harper’s business objectives: of growing and scaling into new markets, attracting both patients and clinics and establishing trust and appeal. 

 

What I did


I created an end-to-end brand that could be used across all touch points, including web, mobile and printed media, creating a cohesive journey from first interactions to repeated customer lifecycles. 


Ensuring Harper would appeal to the target audience, meant moving away from traditional medical-looking design. Leaning away from traditional clinical aesthetics and focusing less on technology and more on human connections.
