Swiss Re needed an innovative cloud-based platform designed to modernise the life insurance industry by Providing an end-to-end solution for underwriting, policy lifecycle management, and claims.
I lead the discovery and design of features for both service agents & underwriting teams. In addition, I formalised and implemented a scalable design system.
The life insurance industry has long faced challenges related to outdated software, manual processes, inefficiencies, and competition.

A key strategic initiative for SwissRe was to develop an in-house platform to provide iptiQ, its life insurance division, with a core policy management and servicing capability that could be reused across multiple distribution partners and geographies.
